These Terms of Service govern your use of the Custom Bedtime Story Co. website and the purchase of personalized bedtime story PDFs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

Custom Bedtime Story Co. produces custom, personalized digital PDF stories crafted from the details you submit through our order form. Each story is reviewed before delivery and created for personal, non-commercial use. You receive a single PDF file delivered by email.

This is a digital product only. No physical item is produced, printed, or shipped. Your PDF is delivered as an email attachment to the address you provide at checkout.

2. Ordering

To place an order you must provide accurate information about yourself and your child. We use these details to write your story. Providing false, harmful, or inappropriate content in any form field may result in your order being cancelled without a refund.

After submitting your order you will receive a unique order code. Keep this code — it is your reference for any follow-up communication.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver your story PDF within 1–3 business days of your order being placed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Custom Bedtime Story Co. is not responsible for delays caused by issues with your email provider or spam filters. Please check your spam or promotions folder if your story has not arrived.

4. Payment

Payment is collected at the time of ordering. Prices are displayed on the order page and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Refunds and revisions

Because each story is custom-created specifically for your child, we are unable to offer refunds once your story has been delivered.

One correction round is included for spelling errors, personalization mistakes, formatting issues, or reasonable minor adjustments. Additional revisions may require a new order or added fee. To request a correction, reply to your delivery email within 14 days of receiving your story.

If your story has not yet been delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation and refund.

6. Intellectual property

Your story PDF is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print it, read it, and share it within your family. You may not resell, reproduce, or publish the story without our written permission.

Custom Bedtime Story Co. retains copyright over the written content of all stories we produce.

7. Content standards

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that requests content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or harmful. In such cases a full refund will be issued.

8. Limitation of liability

Custom Bedtime Story Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
