• Details you provide about your child (favorite animal, color, interests, story preferences)
• Your order information and order code

We do not collect payment card details directly — payment is handled by our payment processor.

We do not collect IP addresses for marketing purposes, though our servers may log them temporarily for security and rate-limiting.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Write and deliver your personalized story PDF
• Email your completed story to you
• Follow up with you if there is a question about your order

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order.

3. Information about children

We take the privacy of children seriously. We only collect first names and basic personal details about your child that you voluntarily provide for the purpose of writing their story. We never share this information with third parties for any purpose. We do not contact your child directly.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We may share information with:

• Our story writers — to complete your order
• Our email service provider — to deliver your PDF to you
• Our payment processor — to handle your payment securely

These providers are only given the information necessary to perform their service and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain your order information for up to 2 years after your order is completed, in case you need to reach us about a revision or have a question. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure server storage. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
